Manages all purchasing activities. Receives orders and grants approval for purchases of goods or services. Analyzes changes or new issues in materials and supplies to find ways to reduce costs and improve quality. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
