Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Coordinate with the governmental agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
