Job Description for Recruiter - Home Care New Search   
Recruits qualified applicants to work in a home care facility such as nurses and home health aides. Places advertisements, attends job fairs, and heads in-house recruitment efforts. Performs initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for placement. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
