Administers and directs all aspects of residential affairs for a nursing home. Provides overall management of day-to-day operations of a nursing home while complying with the organization's and government guidelines and regulations. Coordinate and ensure proper accommodations for each resident according to specifications and/or special requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
