Provides guidance and direction to store managers and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 6 years experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
