Job Description for Retail Store Manager Trainee New Search   
Helps in all functions of a retail store under direct guidance of the manager. Shadows retail store manager to practice managerial skills and accumulate managerial experience. Attends management training offered by the retail store. Might act as a back-up manager in absence of the store manager. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
