Job Description for Sarbanes Oxley Analyst

Responsible for daily activities in support of the organization's Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Gathers data and creates reports documenting internal controls over financial reporting. May participate in testing and may interact with external auditors as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
