Job Description for Service Line Director

Develops and manages all functions within a specific service line. Establishes effective strategies for programs and product/service line with the goal of increasing market share. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
