Job Description for Spa Manager - Casino New Search   
Manages the spa facility. Administers, plans, and evaluates programs for all age groups. Hires, trains, and monitors the performance of professional spa personnel. Ensures that program goals are met and adheres to local, state, and federal regulations regarding cleanliness, accessibility, and safety of the facility. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least 5 years experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
