Job Description for Spa Supervisor - Casino New Search   
Oversees the day-to-day spa activities and manages all spa personnel. Resolves client conflicts and ensures proper maintenance of the facility and equipment. Ensures that a high standard of customer care and treatment is delivered to each guest. Ensures the facility is clean and provides a relaxing environment for customers. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager.
