Provides complex technical support to clients via email, phone, or other methods; does not work on site. Possesses deep understanding of the organization's products and services, and may provide guidance to less experienced personnel. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
