Job Description for Top Call Center Executive

Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's call center policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops and administers procedures for interacting with customers in a call center environment. Monitors the overall performance of call center operations. May require an advanced degree and at least 15 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
