Directs project leads and ensures all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to pre-established specifications. Communicates organization's objectives to state, city or local government and other necessary associations. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
