Job Description for Top Division Manufacturing Executive

Oversees all aspects of manufacturing processes for a division. Plans and directs the purchase, maintenance, and layout of equipment. Establishes workflow and assembly methods to maximize efficiency of manufacturing operations. Directs and monitors workforce utilization. Ensures manufacturing performance and quality goals are met. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
