Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for employment, placement, orientation and training, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services. Ensures company compliance with current, applicable labor laws. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
