Job Description for Top Labor Relations Executive

Oversees all aspects of a company's labor relations programs, policies, and procedures. Directs labor-management relations and negotiates and interprets collective bargaining agreements. Establishes polices for reporting and addressing grievances and serves as a point of contact for management on labor matters. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to top management.
