Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's buying and merchandising activities. Sets merchandising strategies to meet customer demand. Directs merchandise allocation and monitors the company's merchandising system. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
