Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops and oversees the sales function, ensuring the department employees and sales plan are organized to achieve maximum sales volume. Develops and oversees the marketing function, identifying key marketing outlets and competitive strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
