Develops and directs plans, objectives, policies and procedures for the trust operation function. Designs and implements systems and controls to streamline operations and manage risk. Implements documentation and reporting procedures that facilitate accurate and timely disbursements and account management. Establishes and measures service standards and goals for the operations staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management.
