Determines the parts, equipment, tools, and processes needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications. Additionally, Manufacturing Engineer IV may conduct or direct time and cost analysis of processes. Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. Manufacturing Engineer IV is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
