Job Description for Wafer Process Development Manager New Search   
Manages the development of wafer designs, processes, and specifications. Provides technical support during the wafer fabrication process. Works with design staff to ensure that processing methods are compatible. Facilitates manufacturing through the recommendation of new processes and procedures. Requires an advanced degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a head of unit/department.
