Job Description for Web Applications Developer II

Responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based application systems. Troubleshoots system problems and issues and looks for ways to improve the application. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., HTML, Java, etc.) Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
