Job Description
Develops and implements the strategic E-commerce marketing plan for an organization. Stays abreast of changes in the online marketing environment and adjusts plan accordingly to best serve the objectives of the organization. May be responsible for overseeing other aspects of the website such as the advertising campaign, content components and vendor relationships. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
