Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available. Documents customer problems and inputs in ticketing system. Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. May be assigned more complex or sensitive customer problems to resolve. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
