Investigates potential property acquisitions or dispositions. Being a Property Acquisitions Manager performs or facilitates inspections and assessments of possible property acquisitions. Monitors market trends and competitor activities. Additionally, Property Acquisitions Manager structures and negotiates purchase or leasing agreements. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Property Acquisitions Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
