Reviews all required documentation and supporting calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of products. Being an Import/Export Supervisor verifies all payment transactions are completed according to requirements. Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Additionally, Import/Export Supervisor resolves issues and expedites solutions with clients, customs officials, and shippers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
