Chemical Dependency Program Manager Salary in the United States

Directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes.
