Job Description

Directs the usability design function for an organization's websites and mobile apps. Develops and implements the overall design philosophy for improving the workflow, functionality, and visual appeal of the organization's online presence. Ensures usability factors are applied consistently across all online properties Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
