Diversity Supervisor Salary in the United States

Supervises the administration of programs that promote employee and vendor diversity. Oversees a team of diversity specialists that ensure compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Leads the team in establishing knowledge and adoption of diversity and inclusion topics and best practices, and in ensuring the organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Maintains documentation of initiatives' status and effectiveness by ensuring staff compile statistics, metrics, and reports. May be responsible for leading diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
