EEO Trainer performs training sessions on EEO through the organization. Consults on EEO application in organizational operation. Being an EEO Trainer monitors the changes in governmental laws and regulation and updates organizational EEO policy, practice and procedures. Reviews training requirements with management and attends and evaluates external training programs. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The EEO Trainer contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
