Assists in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals. Prepares bids and negotiates specifications with suppliers, partners or customers. Examines and reviews materials for bids or contracts and negotiates pricing and terms. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
