Develops and administers Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS.) Analyzes and evaluates HR business requirement and ensures that hardware/software solutions meet data management and end user needs. Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary. May be responsible for developing systems in-house or working with external vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
