Mechanical Engineering Senior Supervisor oversees the design of parts, tools, engines, and other mechanical equipment and industrial processes. Also responsible for supervising the production, operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment. Being a Mechanical Engineering Senior Supervisor is responsible for managing projects and ensuring mechanical engineers take full advantage of modeling and manufacturing tools available to them and work collaboratively to complete projects. Ensures projects follow organizational best practices for design, prototyping, and testing. Additionally, Mechanical Engineering Senior Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Typically reports to a manager.
