Being a Mortgage Credit Analyst reviews and verifies property appraisals, collateral value, and key indicators such as debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratios. Prepares a detailed credit analysis and summary using underwriting guidelines, risk assessment frameworks, and following applicable regulatory compliance.
