Creates prototypes, layouts and models for product components, a system, or a manufacturing process using CAE tools. Performs analysis to find flaws or inefficiencies in designs and to model solutions. Collects and assembles data. Employs CAE tools to enable benchmarking, concept design, prototype development, simulation, and testing protocols. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
