Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork. Being an HR Service Center Representative II resolves matters pertaining to employee benefit programs, including life, health, disability insurance, medical/dependent care spending accounts, COBRA, income continuance, and other paid time off as well as retirement and pension plans. May require an associate's degree. Additionally, HR Service Center Representative II typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
