As the Director of Religious Organizations, you will develop and manage the execution of business plans through leadership of diverse underwriting team in a defined regional territory. You will provide foundational knowledge of the Religious Organizations niche, and field insight for establishing/maintaining relationships with key agency partners to achieve corporate goals and objectives. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities: Proactively engaged in the development of territory/state business plans for the Religious Organizations niche within assigned geographic territory. Manages portfolio to ensure book of business is tracking with established goals and/or key performance metrics and initiate corrective action, as needed.
