Job Description

The Application Coordinator/Project Manager-Cerner Certified oversees all aspects of projects. Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Being an Application Coordinator/Project Manager-Cerner Certified builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. In addition, Application Coordinator/Project Manager-Cerner Certified prepares project status reports. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification.Typically reports to Manager or Head of a Unit/Department.
