The Digital Customer Acquisition Manager develops and delivers marketing strategies to attract customers to company website, online presence and promote online products or services. Manages a team of professionals responsible for digital marketing. Being a Digital Customer Acquisition Manager analyzes online statistics and marketing campaigns and identifies the best practice to optimize online marketing performance. Designs and implements marketing campaigns to enhance influence of online products or services. In addition, Digital Customer Acquisition Manager oversees development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to head of a unit. The Digital Customer Acquisition Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Working as a Digital Customer Acquisition Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
