The Retail Store Administrative Services Manager is responsible for all payroll, accounting, and other general administrative functions for a retail location. Supervises office and administrative activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity for a retail store. Oversees human resource and personnel functions including employee evaluations and enforcement of company policies. In addition, Retail Store Administrative Services Manager requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Retail Store Administrative Services Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
