Develops a vision and provides leadership for company-wide activities and strategies focused on generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue. Establishes analytics and methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions, identify operational deficiencies, and develop effective and data-driven pricing strategies. Conducts research to identify internal and external opportunities to expand and optimize revenue-producing activities. Establishes targets, policies, and internal processes to achieve efficiencies in revenue generation and capture. May require a MBA or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.
