Manages the daily operations of one or more larger or more complex commercial properties. Oversees sales/leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and other support activities. Manages property budgets, collections, and/or property improvement initiatives. May supervise lower-level property managers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
