Reviews blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria following best practices. Proficient with PC-DMIS. Knowledge of ANSI/ASME, ISO, and GD&T. Familiar with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
