Job Description

The Beverage Operations Manager identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Being a Beverage Operations Manager monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. Ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. In addition, Beverage Operations Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. The Beverage Operations Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
