The Customer Service and Support Representative III resolves complex or unusual requests and problems that may require a customized response and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Being a Customer Service and Support Representative III provide updates to other internal teams on customer needs and factors that contribute to customer satisfaction. Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed. In addition, Customer Service and Support Representative III may be assigned to support products that are more complex or critical. May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager. Being a Customer Service and Support Representative III has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
