Being an HR Business Partner III leads organizational assessment that converts strategies into result-driven actions. Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers. Additionally, HR Business Partner III acts as liaison with other HR functions. Provides change management leadership as needed. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
