Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed. In addition, Customer Service and Support Representative III may be assigned to support products that are more complex or critical. May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager. Being a Customer Service and Support Representative III has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
