Reviews and addresses problems associated with information systems which will adequately support the enterprise infrastructure of the organization. Analyzes system requirements and ensures that systems provide security and will be effectively integrated with current applications. Ensures that all systems are working at optimal levels. Supports application development department regarding new technologies and system requirements. Has knowledge of infrastructure, application programming, and web and software applications. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
