Order Fulfillment Senior Supervisor Salary in Delaware

Supervises an order fulfillment team. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Trains and cross-trains team members. Monitors daily activities to ensure that accuracy, customer service, and quality standards are maintained. Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Monitors inventories to maintain appropriate levels of products. Troubleshoots and resolves workflow or systems issues. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments.
