The Employee Engagement and Communications Team Lead oversees the work processes used to deliver communication programs that support and reinforce organizational objectives and comply with regulations. Supervises the creation and delivery of internal communications for the organization. Being an Employee Engagement and Communications Team Lead ensures communications comply with any applicable regulations. Monitors accuracy and timeliness of information using quality processes to ensure documents and materials follow organizational standards and branding. In addition, Employee Engagement and Communications Team Lead manages project tasks and timelines. Supervises vendors providing support services. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Employee Engagement and Communications Team Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Working as an Employee Engagement and Communications Team Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
